To answer your question, no I don't have a good way to remove machines from Cacti, I can't believe they left that out of the API. I imagine you can remove the machine from mysql, but I have not tested it yet. I'm going to need to do this very soon and I'll, of course, post my findings here. Aaron, Thanks for the comment.
